The Institute for Critical Animal Studies is seeking a host for it’s 15th Annual Conference which we’re looking to take place in April or May of 2016. We would like to announce next year’s host at this year’s conference. We are particularly interested in hosts in Canada, Mexico, or Western United States. For more information about hosting please e-mail us at icasnorthamerica[@]gmail.com.

If you’re ready to submit a proposal please e-mail us the following information:

  • Proposed Date (in April or May 2016) and Location
  • Expected Cost for Room Reservations on Campus (ideally $0)
  • Proposed Conference Hotel and Room Rate
  • Experience Hosting Events (not needed since we help)
  • Proposed Hospitality Arrangement (number of meals, types of snacks, etc)
  • Proposed Activist Event for the Conference

Feel free to submit partial proposals for consideration and feedback. As a grassroots organization we are committed too helping ensure those who want to get involved can.
