The Academy for Critical Animal Studies founded in 2015 provides formal scholar-activist educational certificate educational workshops that will ask the student to write, read, learn, and participate for the goal of being a better scholar and advocate for those that are marginalized and oppressed for total liberation. This academy is centered around keeping ecology, intersectional social justice, total liberation, and nonhuman animals centered in all activities and dialogues.
