Remember May 13, 1985, when the City of Philadelphia violently bombed a Black liberation and social justice organization named MOVE, founded by John Africa. It is marked in conflict and crisis management fields of study as one of the worst government managed negotiations, conflicts, and crises, in modern U.S. history.
