Cierra Baker (Meatless Melanin) – ICAS conversations

Cierra Baker is a local vegan entrepreneur in the food business based in Kalamazoo, MI. Cierra started Meatless Melanin, a whole foods vegan food enterprise to help share their passion for vegan food and the lifestyle. Cierra started by posting on Instagram and continues to regularly post on social media sites. Cierra is an activist in communities of color, with people of color, focusing on communities that are under-represented in the vegan and plant-based communities.
