Call for Chapters for “Cooptation of Direct Action and Veganism: Critical Animal Studies Perspectives” book. This will be the first book on the topic of challenging how organizations and activists through the efforts of respectability politics and the rise of the nonprofit industrial complex coopt veganism into a diet and not about liberation and how direct action has become a catch phrase for social change and not direct liberation and property destruction defined by the Animal liberation Front. The book will be published by Peter Lang Publishing.
